Here at Willow Tree Developments in Scalford, Melton Mowbray we work hard to create showstopping homes, both sympathetically transforming an existing building or creating something new.
Our core team is Donna, Simon, and Kiera. All of us come from very different professional backgrounds, each bringing a unique perspective to the table. Together we are an experienced, and dedicated team, committed to completing all projects to the highest standard, making every property a truly remarkable home.

Donna - Project Director
With more than 20 years of experience in project management, Donna ensures all stages are delivered on time and to budget. Donna can see the project finished at the planning stage and provides the details for the project, ensuring it has unique and memorable touches.
Simon - Technical Director
With more than 20 years’ experience in the M&E field as a specialist on major sites in both private and public sectors, Simon provides a wealth of experience and knowledge in driving and delivering challenging solutions from inception through to completion.
Kiera - Creative Director
Kiera is a property consultant. Responsible for the design from inception through to completion, Kiera develops the design concept before taking the project through planning and on to completion. With a background in Design, Property, and as a Structural Engineer, Kiera works alongside the architects and build team to make every project spectacular.
